Samuson Records is a record label owned by Sam Lane. Sam is a producer of hip-hop, dub-step and drum-n-bass. In this album, "The Lost Project", he has worked with an MC to create his first hip-hop album. The values behind him as a producer are that he is a man from the country, involved in organic sounds with a different upbringing to the mainstream hip-hop artist. The album has been designed in a way to make it stand away from the mainstream aesthetic and give it its own class. I wanted to bring out where the sound comes from and display its origins but also involve the iconography of the industry that it relates to. I also have made these design in a 10" format so to stand away from the mainstream styles. The whole album consists off 3 record sleeves with an outer cover.
